There is a sound button just below the video. Was it in MUTE or full sound? Several times in the past when I’ve gone to YouTube the video was automatically in MUTE mode without my realizing it at first. Otherwise the sound was turned off on my computer. If neither of those were the problem let me know right away so I can look into things. Thanks.
